Advanced Training and Continuing Education

Professional development and continuing education is a top priority at KIT. In addition to numerous target group-specific and individual offers for employees, there is also a wide range of courses and seminars tailored to managers and professors. Central institutions for professional development in various areas are the Center for Advanced Technological and Environmental Training (FTU, in German only) and Human Resources Development and Vocational Training (PEBA).

In cooperation with the Young Investigator Network (YIN), PEBA offers tailor-made further training courses for W 1 professors.
