The Strategic Controlling and Reporting Department (STS-SCR) supports the Executive Board - as well as other decision-makers - in the development and implementation of KIT's strategy and in the preparation of targeted decisions. For this purpose, the management of KIT is provided with various instruments, e.g. reports, analyses and planning calculations. In addition, STS-SCR performs a wide range of internal and external reporting tasks and quality assurance.
